AlphaGrep Advisors Private Limited (“AG Advisors” / “IA”) delivers comprehensive investment advice, along with continuous risk monitoring for our clients including conducting periodic risk assessments, in line with requirements prescribed under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013.
AG Advisors currently provides its services to high net worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients who have secured accreditation certificates from recognised bodies.
Our approach is heavily data driven. We utilize a wide array of sophisticated data sources, including granular tick data encompassing both trades and the order book, market microstructure variables, detailed earnings information, macroeconomic indicators, news sentiment analysis, analyst forecasts, and various other alternative data streams, for the purpose of offering investment advisory services to our clients.
This extensive data integration allows us to generate well-informed and timely insights. We also offer execution services to clients to trade using AlphaGrep Securities and all clients have a DMA agreement with the broking entity and in this regard, neither AG Advisors nor AlphaGrep Securities charges any fee to such clients for execution services.
Director
Bhautik Ambani is the Director of AlphaGrep Advisors Pvt Ltd. As Director, he is responsible for driving business growth, strengthening and expanding the firm’s domestic presence, and enhancing customer experience.
Previously, he served as Executive Director at Avendus Capital Public Markets Alternate Strategies LLP, where he was a founding member, leading fund raising and strategy. He was instrumental in scaling it into one of India’s largest onshore hedge funds.
Director
Praveen has over 16 years of experience in quantitative trading, portfolio management, and investment strategies across multiple asset classes. He started at Edelweiss Financial, helping to build the quantitative desk, and later co-managed a long-short Category III AIF.
At AlphaGrep Advisors, Praveen is responsible for product and investment strategy, as well as risk and capital allocation.
